Comments:
Ankle felt bette today and I noticed it was nice and sunny out today. I didnt want to miss this opportunity and know I need to balance my stress levels so I went to shake out the ankle a little. Nice easy controlled made sure I didnt tweak it again. Got it in just before it got too dark out. No way to train for a marathon but its something.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back just need to work ankle around when I can it will be fine with more rest.
