Comments:
My shin bothered me pretty bad on the first 15 minute tempo. I could barely stand it. I didn't feel that fatigued from the running, but I had to stop. My leg loosened up and I decided to run the last 5 minute tempo. I'm going to try running in my flats for the next few workouts.
