Comments:
Had to sleep in today I was very exhausted from last week. Lazy not doing much letting my mind rest. Got warm out and I put in some good mileage, better than last weekend for sure. Had a few spurts where the pace felt fast but I think I slowed down there at the end. Lots of people out on Wasson.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back then a gravity stretch. Tired feeling afterwards.
