Comments:
2x2-mile and 1-mile intervals. The first interval was between 10.0 and 10.2 mph. The second interval was between 10.0 and 10.5 mph. The single mile interval was between 10.3 and 11.5 mph. The rest of the run was at an easy pace. This workout was hard being the first interval long run.
