Comments:
Coach Sly had us choose between 600, 500, 400 and 12x400 today, doing the other one on wednesday. My legs were pretty dead from squatting yesterday, so the 400's were probably a good choice. Did them with 30 seconds rest, taking 45 seconds every 4. First 4 were in 80, next 4 in 77, and last 4 in 75. Started to feel a little rough near the end, but nothing too bad, though I could definitely feel the intense lack of sleep wearing on me.
