Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
You always regret not running. I was lazy today but still had some work to do. Kinda just wanted to watch basketball all day just like everyone else. It got sunny and warm out and I knew I had to go. Good run but still feeling tired and slow. Was not hydrated enough thats for sure. But I made it and pushed it in. Right IT was getting real tight at the end. First real soreness I have felt in a while.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretched and rolled out upon return and I think that helped but I might need to roll more IT was pretty tight. Feel worked and refreshed after getting back.
