Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a 20 minute warmup, then 2x 2 mile tempos followed by a 1 mile tempo. The first tempo was at a 5:55 pace, the second was at a 5:49 pace, and the last was at a 5:32 pace with 2 min breaks in between each tempo. Afterwards we did a 40 min cooldown. Ran it with Dustin, Beck, Josh, and Alex. Felt pretty good.
