workin on my weakness

Weather: warm out yet quite windy

very stertegic run working on my weakness here. felt great though really battling through can feel it in my legs now. recovered quickly yet got to focus on my third workout next time tried to get around 315 for each first was to fast of course.. 2 min break between each.

200's ran with the girls so just thought about my form with speed
