Warmup run with mom!

Comments:
I can't remember the last time my mom and I ran together! Actually it was three days ago, but we had our golden retriever puppy Selah with us. I wish I could run like Selah thinks - RunningRunningRunning OH MYLANTA it's a very edible piece of paper in mud-RunningRunningRunningJogging Yogging Wogging Walking I forget what I was doing - I see my owner running in front of me, it smells like a COMPETITION!!! GO GO GO GO GO!
I wouldn't let anyone pass me in the last 100 meters if I was a dog. Unless they offered treats.

I was tired when I started running but by the end we were going a little more quickly. We saw Eric Wilhelm and asked him about Annapolis - he was walking his two dogs. (They didn't seem to mind that we were passing them on the inside lane of the road.)
