Comments:
Zach Needell, Steph, and Rosie drove to our place, arriving around 8:45am. While his wife and 2 year-old child played at the park, we ran East to Rock Creek, along Western Ridge, and back via Pinehurst and Western. Kept pace controlled, but it still felt like a taxing run. I wasn't feeling very perky, even from the start. Very nice to catch up with Yak. Afterwards, we enjoyed the lovely morning on the back porch with some of his teammates bagels from Call Your Mother.
