Felt crappy. But what can I say. I had too awesome long runs this past weekend, of course everyday cant be good. Took it nice and easy. The effort wasent hard I meen it was 7:50/mile =p. But my legs had alot of kinks and soreness to workout which will be good for the afternoon.
