Comments:
Felt good the first half of the run but not to good the last half. It was my own problem and I could of probably fixed it. I started getting tired the last half of the run and didnt relax and started fighting the run and the pace. If I just would of chilled and relaxed I probably would of made it through alright. But instead I let my form break and lost control of my body and was hobbling in mad and distressed. My legs are still tired from the past weekend and my toe was hurting a little =/.
