Comments:
Another hot, humid morning with no breeze. Drove to Candy Cane Park and met up with Jeff Elias. Down the Valley Trail to the high ground and doubled back. Felt controlled and glad not to have a long or aggressive run. Always good to catch up with Sunshine.
