Comments:
We ran 3 sets of 5 300's. I was a little nervous for the workout, but the way me, Maggie and Louise ran together made it so much easier. It was a great workout. I was able to stay focused and commit to the workout with the other girls and the best part was that we ran NEGATIVES in each set for the first time EVER!!!! I was so proud of the thre three of us! It gave us a great set up for today's meet.
