Exercise Type: Run

Weather: light rain, very humid, upper 70s

Comments:
Met Luke at 8am and we took Reno to Newark/Lowell, circled the Cathedral and returned along Wisconsin Ave. Felt decent early on, but even the little rolling hills of Reno were wearing me down. first mile was 8:35. Last two were 7:43 and 7:26. Definitely glad we ended when we did as I didn't have much more in me today. Always great to catch up with the Mayor. Luke's watch said something like 5.36 miles, but today's a day to round up.
