Exercise Type: Run

Weather: very humid, low 80s

Comments:
Jogged over slowly to David Panush's home and met up with him and David Levy. Ran with them and dog Bodi along Utah to Military and north on Oregon's new sidewalk. Doubled back near Western and then up the road adjacent to the Pinehurst trail before finishing along Western and Utah. A pause to chat and drip before heading home alone at 8 flat pace past Abe's. That last mile home felt fine. It was mostly a sweaty slog up until that point with a dozen stops for Bodi. Feet are almost always achy and plantar fascia on right foot has been especially unhappy since the second run yesterday in the old shoes. A very humid morning with more heat coming our way. Nice to chat with the Burke boys, though.
