Comments:
The first 5 miles were at about 7:30 min/mile pace. The next 10 miles were a progression from 7:10 min/mile to about 6:35 min/mile for the last 4 miles. The last 2 miles were a slow cooldown. My training partner was not having a good day and it affected our workout.
