Weather: upper 70s and very humid
Comments:
Ran with Gideon, Audrey, Alexandra, Shira, and Lily (NCS) down Normanstone and south along the bike path, before doubling back. Ran 4x3 minute pick-ups and a 5th of just 2 minutes. Cooldowns were also 3 min. Glad for the company. It felt strong and controlled and the group worked well off of one another. Relatively mild and breezy at the track for a DC morning, but humidity was very noticeable. Striders at the end and some clams and push ups.
