Comments:
The first 2 miles were between 9.0 and 9.8 mph. I took a 0.5 mile cooldown. The next 4 miles were between 9.5 and 11.0 mph with the last 0.1 miles at 11.5 mph. It was warm in the gym. That make it hard and I had to stop a few times.
