Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Run between 7:45 down to 6:35 min/mile for the first 5.5 miles. I ran the next half mile at 5:30 min/mile pace with Omar. The last mile was a cooldown. I felt very good. It did get a it warm. I am still trying to figure out if these racing shoes are the best racing option.
