Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This run was...uncomfortable, to say the least. ha. but I finally found out what is wrong with my back: INFLAMED DISC. Yucky. I will definitely be icing and taking Ibuprofen, though, to get the swelling down. And I'm going on a "diet" because I am so tired of feeling out of shape on runs. It really is the dumps. Plus, I've gained like 10 pounds since cross country ended and I feel gross. I HAVE LOVE HANDLES. I have never had those and I have them! Baaaaad sign! hahaha! So yes, being IN shape sounds very good right now. (: So that is what I'll be doing. ALSO, I was thinking today at dinner about how I wish I would have joined swim team when I was little because I would have killer arm muscles and then benching in fitness would not be so embarassing as it was today. SERIOUSLY. I could barely bench five pounds on each side and I was in a "lifting group" with these senior girls who were very strong.....Yeah. I'll work on benching too. I AM FINALLY COMING UP WITH NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS! YES. (:Okay, I'll be done. 5 million kudos points to whoever read this till the end...impressive.
