Weather: cold and windy

Comments:
warmed up to start our workout on euclid hts at the top of cedar hill. ran on euclid hts and surrounding streets: [2 min hard, 1 min off, 1 min hard, 2 min off]*3 then ran back to veale to do 2*200 and one 400 at race pace. cooled down outside.

i actually felt really good on the first part of the workout, and doing the race pace intervals on the track didn't bother my hamstrings at all, so it was a good day.
