Really good workout today. Ran this with Drew on the indoor track. Felt comfortable running through the 600; ran totally even splits, and definitely could've added on a 200 at the end of it to go sub-2, which makes me feel real confident for the race this weekend. Also really pumped about being able to pull out that 400 at the end too. There is no way I'm letting myself lose to any of those CMU guys on saturday. Med-ball abs and ice bath afterwards.
