Well try this again. Went later in the day as it was getting dark out and cooled down a little bit. Felt much much better and got into a little groove. Still ended up being a shake out type deal but I am glad I got back out there, feel a lot better now.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretched and rolled again. IT still feeling tight and its good to stretch it.
