Comments:
I had to sleep in today was really tired from last night. So just took it easy went in a little and made some progress on things that need to get done. Had some chill time before heading to run club. It was just nice out this afternoon, actually all day really too. Fall is creeping in on us. Small group today but good to go and get the mileage. Run out and back really gave me the extra effort I needed. Shoes feel good now nd legs held up I dont think this would have been as good if I was running on my own though.
Essentials: Stretch
Got back, rehydrated some more and stretched it out. Still feel stiff but running it out is fine. Like that worked out feeling on my legs. This is also my favorite time of the year to run, feels like XC. We made it through the hard part of the summer to get to this.
