Comments:
Awoke at 3:45 and oversaw the departure of Leah and Cooper, then headed out for the standard pre-fight out-and-back in the park along JFK Promenade. Felt fresh, and the cool SF air was fantastic. Turned the last block into a strider, but kept the rest in control. Hope I haven't lost all acclimation to heat and humidity.
