Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Not exactly weights, but it's a strength workout. Took about five minutes and cranked out two sets of ten normal and side crunches, ten knee push-ups, and two sets of ten triceps dips on a chair. Nothing too difficult (okay, the triceps dips were) because I don't have a whole lot of free time today. Leaving my legs alone because I want them to ready to run a mile and a half tomorrow.
