Weather: nice weather, a little cold but it wasnt too bad
Comments:
warmed up 10 mins to the trails from my apartment, from there ran approx 3.5 miles out at sub six. 10 minute recovery at circa 7 minute pace. hard up hill for .5ish mile then back to the begining of trails. approx 2 miles. total 10 miles
