ITS COLD!!!!

It decided to be winter today which sucked. Coach Barnes when he came in said the wind chill was below zero. This did not deter me however and outside I went for my run. Ran alone toady. Just the normal Lee loop. My legs feel pretty slugish honestly. I've got a while to get them ready though which is good. I'm pumped for the meet though. The mile is gonna be great.
Misc streaches, hurdles, hip circles MB abs after class after the run.
