Comments:
Ran down Conn at 6:30am to intercept Mark. We meandered down behind Politics and Prose, along Broad Branch, and then up 27th to Equitation Field and took Ridge to Soapstone and home along Reno. Felt fine, but was moving slowly at the start and up hills and along trails. First truly cold run of the year. Gloves and long sleeves.
