Comments:
Just after I woke up and until a couple minutes into the run, there was rain. Then it slowed and stopped and a lovely morning dawned. We met on Connecticut after a 6:20am departure and meandered back way to the Cathedral, circled it and returned via McLean Gardens. Mark peeled off at Tenley Circle and my last mile was 7:05. Left knee was a bit achy, and it took scrambling across Wisc Ave at Cathedral to wake me up and get me moving faster than 7:40s, but it was a nice run, all in all.
