Central Park with Alumni

Weather: beautiful, clear, sunny, 50 ish

Comments:
After driving to NY Tuesday afternoon and picking Leah and Anna up from LaGuardia at 11pm, I headed out to meet Ian Ward, Lulu Feldman, and Danny Klain at 86th and Central Park West at 8:20am. We took the bridle trail and then the loop road on the full circumnavigation of the park at roughly 9min pace. Lulu accompanied me around the southern part of the reservoir before heading home to the East side, and I picked up the pace to 7:35 to circle back to 86th and head home at that same solid clip. So great to start the day and the holidays with this group. Right foot has been quite unhappy since the end of Tuesday morning's run, but it behaved during the run until I picked up the pace. Noting a few days later that my season total for leaves was 112 and I moved that up from 108 on this run.
