Comments:
Sahil came to 3944 and we took Reno to the backway, to the STA track and then back via Garfield and Wisconsin. Pace started out close to 9 and ended close to 8. Right foot is still inflamed, but the run was nice and I enjoyed chatting with Sahil. Pumped my bike tires afterwards and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset.
