I did an upper body workout at lifestyles. I was pressed for time so and had to cut it down to an hour, So I just did the upper body stations. I feel great from yesterday. The scale at Lifestyles had me at 224lbs. that would be 2lbs I lost if it were the scale at home. I will know soon enough.
