Flight home from Maine was a bit delayed and I arrived at practice a few minutes late. Changed into Cortland Dragon shirt and led the top boys on a meandering run through Somerset, Little Falls trail, and out to River Rd back to GDS. Pace felt nicely brisk to me and was probably 'tween 7:30 and 8 for most.
