After school dismissed at noon, I ate a grilled cheese, decorated the tree, and ran with Abby Murphy at 2pm from 3944. Up through Somerset to Norwood Park, Little Falls trail to Crescent to Little falls to Ft. Bayard to Western to 3944. Right heel continues to ache, but otherwise a very pleasant run and really good to catch up and hear about the state of Williams crew. Pace on Crescent was about 8:20.
