Comments:
Jeff Elias kindly came by my house so we could catch up on his 1L year to date. Headed south on Reno, shifted to the backway, looped the Cathedral, took Mass to 49th to Western. Pace drifted down through the 8s and finished just under 8, I suspect. Right foot was pretty unhappy. Enjoyed the company and glad we stretched the length a bit. Jeff's watch said 6.3, but I round to the nearest half mile.
