Comments:
Ran with matt. Started out around 7:20ish then dropped down to 6:50ish in the middle/second half. I felt really smooth and relaxed until the last 2 miles or so. Wanted to go 8-10 originally but thought what the hell i'm already out for my long actual run of the week, might as well make it count. I stopped running when I had hit 14 miles assuming 7:15 avg pace. longest run of the summer/ever.
lifted upper body before, did some abs after. Stretched and iced, but will probably be a little sore tomorrow, maybe not.
