Firehouse and back (with inaccurate timing)

Warmup, drills,
went a little past the firehouse and back
the first 10 minutes felt a bit heavy (probably because of the cold) but then loosened up and was wonderful!
(im not sure how accurate this is because i didnt stop my watch at lights because of the cold)
