CSIR Time Trial

Comments:
Actually had a very good run to about 4km, despite lots of walking and talking! A 7:11/km split for the 3rd kilometre, with some walking is excellent, even with the serious downhills! However, I felt the hills on the return leg. They seem to get tougher every time!
