Comments:
After biking to and partly with a Crescent trail workout with the team, I came home, got changed, and ran the triangle loop in the counter-clockwise direction starting and ending along 41st. Wore the heel pad half foot inserts on top of the natural insoles and felt foolishly high up and spongy, but the heel didn't really hurt. Forefoot seemed a bit unhappy to be baring so much of the brunt, but I got used to it, and the run was only 2 miles. Very nice to be running again, but still flummoxed about the injury which won't go away. I'm not in shape, but I wasn't laboring in any way. I've been rolling on the white ridged roller pretty aggressively for the past few days and can't tell if it causes more bruising than good.
