Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cloudy, felt like 10 degrees

Comments:
Ran to AU, jogged 3 laps around track. Ran a 800m in 2:59, target time 2:50. Ran slightly behind group in front of us, their target time was 2:40 but ran 2:55. 800m cooldown. Ran two 400m with 400m cooldown on first and 600m cooldown on second. Target time was 80 seconds, ran 80 seconds on first, 79 seconds on second. Ran two 200m. First was 35 seconds, second was 32 seconds. Could have gone faster, but arms were to cold to move much. Worked more on pacing than speed.
