long run (sort of)

Comments:
Felt really good today. 10 miles shouldn't really qualify as a long run, but that's what I'm gonna call it. Left at about 7 pm as it was getting dark so it wasn't quite so hot. Went out for 35 mins. Felt great for the first 6 miles, then worse for the next three, then pretty bad for the last mile or so. I really slowed down at the end. Part of it is just that I haven't gone that far in a while, but I think part of it is just the dehydration. I get kind of worried that I just won't be able to go much farther than 12 miles or so because it's impossible to stay hydrated down here. I'll have to figure out some way of getting water during the run.
