Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I stopped at 5 miles, with the run, because my leg needs more rest. Then I hit the stairmaster at the max level for 30 minutes, lifted weights at the gym for 20 minutes, and followed up with P90X Chest/Shoulders/Triceps. Jesus!
