Comments:
Vaguely recall, two+ months later, that I was running with the team this day, and maybe mostly with Brendon Chu or someone like that. Maybe I added on some quick laps around the block or to Ward and back as there was a 15 minute segment at the end, and I might have wanted to work hard on my B-Day. Sometime in the next couple of days I decided to rest the heel which had been sore since Nike Cross SE. Sporadically got on an exercise bike for 20-30 minutes 2-3 times per week of the next month and a half.
