After donating blood at Chevy Chase Episcopalian Church I led a large and splintering group of mostly GDS girls past Geico and through Friendship Heights to the pool trail to Wisc and eventually up to Cedar Parkway. Back via 41st. Ran in trainers without heel pads and my right foot hurt so much I didn't run Friday. Also attended Anne Field's funeral Friday afternoon and Gregory Allen Isakov's concert with the Fairfax Orchestra, and David F and Lew, and Anna on Friday. Saturday i coached at Linganore and was lazy about running... or let the foot rest, depending upon when you asked me.
