Comments:
Mayhem reached out late last night with news he was in town for the weekend and interested in a morning run. We took a simple loop through Kenwood, via Dorsett. I felt incredibly feeble; heat, poor hydration, travel days and a tripling of weekly mileage could all be part of the reason, of course. Still, just putting one foot in front of the other knowing that running is the only way to get into running shape.
