Weather: 80's hot and humid!
Comments:
Well...I started out a little tight. The pain is nothing compared to what it used to be thankfully. About 5 minutes into the run I was feeling pretty good I was trying to stop favoring my left leg because it was causing my right to hurt!
Anyways, I was really pleased with the run. I was REALLY out of breath during the entire run but I guess thats what I get for not running in 6 days!
Iced and stretched ALOT!
I woke up Tuesday morning with no pain, a little soreness but NO PAIN! this is a good sign!
Oh and I did 4 minute abs.
