Comments:
Felt much better today. Its easter and 4/20 and you could tell it was just a bit chilled out today. Sun was out and it was nice weather. Went around lunch time. Survived wrt. to amount of food I had but did get a little cramp at the end. Worked the hills hard today and that was a nice little bonus.
Essentials: Stretch
Solid stretch when I got back but I am pretty sore mostly from lounging around all weekend. Good mental break cause I was pushing it hard recently and its jus gonna get harder.
