Comments:
Went for a walk up on Park Park during the day then got a great opportunity to run home. All down hill. Started out with a Salad Bowl then came down straight shot through campus, Libe Slope, Cascadilla, and then Court to Albany. Thats how its done. Campus was vey active and alive love to see it.
Essentials: Stretch
Kinda stretched legs feel fine. Shoes are holding up real well in fact.
